A New take on a lovely image of Harrie – A lovely image of Harrie (Harrie). I shot it some time ago when I was new to Sony gear. It was taken of a borrowed Sony A7R Mk II, with a kit lens. It’s quite heavily cropped, like a lot of my images.
New for Twenty Two, Toucan Hill – James & Catherine on the mirador at Toucan Hill – Some shots are simply lovely. This romantic shot of James & Catherine is one of them. I shot this during a nine day shoot for Toucan Hill, a house on Mustique that is available to rent. It was shot for their website but never used.

t took 1.5 hours to tie off the studio flash unit with cords to the building, to make sure that it didn’t fall in to the pool…
The Confetti Shot – Toucan Hill – Mustique
Recently, I have been archiving some historic files from previous shoots.
When doing this I am often distracted with images and shots that took me a while to work up. This shot is one of them.
It was part of a very large shoot for a Villa on the Island of Mustique. This frame is one of twelve that went on to become a stop motion animation of the confetti throw.
