Here's something slightly different. I don't usually produce images like this. The advent of high resolution digital imaging suggests and propounds us toward hyper-real shots, and my work is no different from others.

High resolution files give today's photographers lots of flexibility. The image above is a small crop, taken from the image below. This is only achievable because of the size of the original RAW file (42Megapixels). Significant crops of this nature remove masses of information, yet the image above retains more than enough detail for commercial use.
This is why "more" megapixels is better. It's a wonderful example of the extreme flexibility that the high res files afford the photographer. And the image of Claire is lovely too.
