Even on the bleakest of days there’s something to shoot.

Here’s a black & white of Coronation Plantation in Richmond Park, snapped on the mobile, and graded in Adobe Camera RAW.

It’s amazing what can be achieved with the most basic kit that we all carry.

Pixel Peepers’ Notes & Newbie Hints & Tips:

I shot this on my smart phone. It has a Pro mode (tee hee!)
I removed the colour and I sharpened the granny out of it. The pixels are up front and centre, adding to the drama. The sky is courtesy of the cosmos, the weather here in the UK, and the lens’ natural polarisation, due to the wide angle.
